Ellis' died in 1711. In his will (proved 31 Dec 1711) he is 'of Popeshead Plantation in the island of Antigua Merchant'5). Both Ellis and Mary lived at Popeshead Plantation, as shown by mention of “…the said Anne Langford, and a Daughter in Law of her's, called Mary Langford…” in an affirmation made by Anne 15 Mar 1709/10. There are no known children from this union.
