Most of the information conatained here refers to my direct English family lines of Missingham & Messingham (with the inclusion of Missinghams of Australia) and Windaybank of numerous spellings.

There is also historical details of the Windebank family of the Tudor, Stuart and Georgian eras: who can boast decendants such as the first president of the United States, George Washington; explorer, Meriwether Lewis; and the Princes William and Harry via their maternal great-grandmother, the late Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon.

Where possible I have included references to primary and secondary documentation, but am always on the look-out for more; so please feel free to contact me if you have anything to add.
